Caring for your glassware

All our glassware is hand blown from recycled glass, therefore each piece is individual with a unique colour and finish. Although you should take care when using your glasses, they can be washed in domestic dishwashers and they are versatile enough to be used for hot or cold drinks. 

Sending as a gift

We love knowing our products are being received as gifts. If you want to send your order direct to your recipient, we can add a personalised note and gift wrap. Just email us wit your order number as soon as it has been placed with your request and we will do the rest. 

Tracking your order

Once your order has been wrapped, packed and dispatched, we will send you a confirmation with an active tracking link. 

Refunds

If you are not entirely happy with the products that you have chosen, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund, provided that the products are returned in an acceptable condition.

We will refund the card used to pay for the original order. We aim refund within 7 working days from receiving the returned products.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 2 days after you placed your order. Simply email us at info@the-atlas-works.com

If your order has been delivered, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us and covering the postage. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund for the returned products, provided that any received products are in good condition.
